    Baked Cheesy Chicken Penne Pasta Bake....I doubled it and put in 2 seperate large casserole dishes...did one with mushrooms and one without and had plenty leftover for another night =)....couldn't find the sundried tomatoes....used 2 cans of rosemary&garlic diced tomatoes drained and mixed a little olive oil into them (I used 2 cans since I doubled it). I also used the sliced button mushrooms......I WILL MAKE THIS MANY MORE TIMES>>>>>EVERYONE LOVED IT!
