Yes, in most cases when you're sitting around the house and watching tv your brain is trying to find something to pour energy into, so we instinctively reach for the bag of chips, drink water, take a break from the couch and eat something health, fruit or veggies. Don't ever starve yourself for the misunderstanding between hunger, boredom and a need for more healthy snacking!

Much as I hate to admit it, I need to remember this (specifically the second picture - hate the exercise, but feel AWESOME when I'm done).
