    Eggs in tomato sauce with lentils 6K + with feta or goat Ingredients 2 - 4 servings: • 1 /2 cup red lentils • spices: salt and pepper , 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 /2 teaspoon sweet paprika , 1 /3 teaspoon ground coriander , cayenne pepper , cumin • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil • 1 onion, shallot • 1 red chilli • 2 cloves of garlic • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled • 4 tablespoons ajwaru ( paste with peppers and eggplant ) * • 3 eggs • about 100 g feta cheese or goat cheese in roladce surface mold ** • parsley • bread , such as ciabatta home baked keksówkach of this provision * To buy in ordinary stores ( eg from Farmer) , in stores with food vegetarian or eco, the internet , or you can do it yourself (preferably in the season for fresh vegetables) of this provision can also be omitted.     I made something very similar to this. I used lean turkey kielbasa in place of the sausage. I added a can of Mild Rotel, 2teaspoons of cumin and 2 teaspoons smoked paprika. My best lentil soup recipe yet!!
