GRILLED DESSERT: BANANA SMORES, we use to make these in scouts, called them banana boats, we didn't take the peel off. Pull down one side of the banana, cut the banana with a knife, stuff with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Replace the peel and wrap in foil, place over indirect heat. When melted, remove the one peel and eat with a spoon out of the peel. very yummy!
