High Protein Peanut Butter Balls 2 cups NATURAL crunchy peanut or almond butter 2 scoops Jay Robb chocolate whey or egg white protein powder 2 ripe bananas, mashed 2 TBS freshly ground flax seeds 1 tsp psyllium husks (optional thickener and fiber for the little tikes!)
healthy snack, high protein peanut butter balls. A lady at Sprouts told me not to use psyllium husks for women or children though because theyre supposedly harsh on your system (I was making a jam recipe that called for it). I wonder if you can sub another thickener/fiber.
