I really like Scones; with fruit preserves or lemon curd, butter + sugar+ cinnamon and so..and this is a nice recipe. I've never tried it but I guess ( as I can see in the picture) the scones looks fantastic!

Strawberry Lemonade Scones - I subbed fresh strawberries for the freeze dried. I also do not like zest, so I left that out, but I'd add some lemon juice next time. Mine were almost cake like in texture, so I definitely think they need more flour as well. Despite all of that, the flavor was amazing.
