    Breakfast meatballs - sausage, pancake & syrup! 2 lbs bulk sausage 1/4 cupmaple syrup plus a little extra to drizzle 1 egg 4 pancakes, cubed Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium bowl mix the sausage, syrup, and egg together with a spoon. Mix in the pieces of pancake until it is evenly distributed. Form into tablespoon size balls and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with some additional maple syrup and bake for 22-25 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Maple Sausage Pancake Bites- Ingredients 2 pounds sausage ( bulk breakfast, raw ) 1/2 cup maple syrup ( plus extra for drizzling & dipping ) 1 egg ( raw ) 6 pancakes ( large, cubed ) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix raw sausage, raw egg, & syrup together. Mix in pancake pieces until evenly distributed. Form into ping-pong sized balls. Place on foil lined cookie sheet. Drizzle some additional maple syrup. Bake for 22 - 25 min.
