These are a new hit at our house. Never buying a box again.  So simple, so easy!!!   Brownie Mix  $0.30 /mix.  1 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup Flour, 1/3 Cup Cocoa, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Baking Powder.  Add:  2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Avalanche no bake cookies - 2 c Rice Krispies, 1 c mini marshmallows, 1/2 c creamy peanut butter, 1 lb white chocolate - Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, Mix cereal and marshmallows in a large bowl. Melt white chocolate & peanut butter together - pour it over the cereal mixture & stir until completely coated. Drop by Tbs onto the lined pans. refrigerate until chocolate is set. - store airtight for up to 5 days
