Caribbean lovers: this PAPAYA margarita has your name written all over it. Makes 4 margs. Needed: salt, lemon wedges, 1c tequila, 1c fresh papaya juice, 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup Cointreau, ice cubes. Spread salt on plate. Moisten rim of 6oz glasses with lemon wedges. Dip glasses in salt. Put glasses in freezer to chill. In pitcher, add tequila, papaya juice, lemon juice & Cointreau. Remove glasses from freezer, serve margaritas mixture over ice. Garnish with lemon slices.
