Homemade Sushi with Tuna and Salmon - can top with chia seeds for crunch and texture (tm - could top with crushed pork rinds or crushed GF pretzels for added crunch. I made the rolls with grated jicama instead of rice, they were delicous, Danielle loved them. I spread softened cream cheese, then shredded jicama, avocado, cucumber, and fresh tuna or salmon.
