Best Play Dough recipe ever - uses Jell-O for the yummy color and smell plus a silky smooth texture. You will need: white flour – 1 cup warm water – 1 cup salt – 2 tbsp cream of tartar – 2 tbsp cooking oil – 2 tbsp Jello – 1 pack
