This bracelet expands upon the idea of the jump ring & seed bead bracelet shown in another pin. Instead of leather, waxed linen was used to lighten the load. Two different shades of 6/0 blue seed beads (one matte, one glossy) plus metal beads in antique copper and 4mm antique jump rings are used along with a button closure and a few accent beads.

AA SIOUX BEADED HIDE TOBACCO BAG, sinew sewn and lane-stitched in classic shades of glass seed beads, each side with a panel of geometric elements, surmounted by three "feathers," a panel of rawhide slats, wrapped with green, purple, orange and red-dyed porcupine quills, suspended below, thick hide fringe along the bottom. [Looks like a pipe bag to me. At 35"? It's a pipe bag]

I’m probably about 45% done covering my Elsa bodice with hand cut rectangles. I decided to take a break from rectangles and do a little embellishing with the blue bugle beads scattered along the bottom of her bodice. The embellishing stage is major incentive for me to chug along with the rectangles because all the rhinestones and beads will really bring this thing to life :DElsa costume made by Dessi-Desu

This mosaic teapot is covered with a total of 23 spirals in all colors of the rainbow. The base is a beautiful vintage teapot with a pink spiral knob on the lid. I used all kinds of glass, porcelain, beads, nuggets, tiles and fimo, and then with some trepidation I grouted it in pink - which I probably wouldn't have had the courage to do if I hadn't known all along that this mosaic teapot was going to be for me, to drink tea out of every morning!
