Oven dried cherry tomatoes 50 cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves chopped salt & pepper 1 tsp dried oregano olive oil Preheat oven to 200°. In a bowl combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Place tomatoes cut side up on a baking tray. Spoon the olive oil mixture over the tomatoes. Bake for 4-5 hours, until they reach the desired level of dryness . Let cool completely, transfer to a clean jar & fill with olive oil. Refrigerate for up to a month.
