Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage 1 head green cabbage, cut into 1″ thick slices 1.5 T olive oil 2 to 3 large garlic cloves, smashed kosher salt black pepper non-stick cooking spray 1. Preheat oven to 400F and spray baking sheet. Cut cabbage into 1″ thick slices. 2. Rub both sides with smashed garlic. 3. Spread olive oil over both sides. 4. Sprinkle each side with kosher salt and cracked pepper. 5. Roast 30 minutes. Carefully flip and roast for 30 more until edges are brown and crispy.
