    Vegetarian Chili: 3 cups of canned beans; chopped bell pepper, yellow; can of crushed tomatoes and 3 tablespoons tomato paste; 1/4 cup ground cumin; 1/4 cup ground paprika; 1/4 cup cornmeal; 1 teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper; 4 cloves minced garlic; 1/2 onion, chopped salt & fresh ground black pepper; olive oil chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup quinoa; 1 beer; Sautee vegetables until tender, add tomato paste. Pour in beans, quinoa, beer and remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Garnish.
