Stability Ball Wall Sits... these are great exercises you can do at home! Put the stability ball on the wall and stand in front of it, placing the ball at your lower back. Squat down so your quads are parallel with the floor, hold for 15 seconds, then come back up. Try and work up to doing ten in a row: you will feel the burn!
