1 head cabbage 4 t butter    4 slices bacon   1 t salt    1/2 t garlic powder    1/4 t pepper    2 t parm cheese Cut cabbage into four wedges.  Place each wedge on a piece of doubled heavy-duty aluminum foil.  Spread cut sides with butter.  Mix spices together in a small container and sprinkle all of the mixture equally over each wedge.  Wrap bacon around each wedge.  Fold foil around cabbage, sealing each wedge tightly.  Grill cabbage, covered, over med heat 40 min, turning twice.

Grilled Cabbage ~ Cut a head into pieces, put each on a piece of foil add a couple spoonfuls of butter, top with bacon if desired; season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder and some parmesan cheese.We grill cabbage weekly love it!

Baked Cheddar-Broccoli Rice Cups - Did not use recipe, but the concept. Brown rice, eggs,cheddar and broccoli baked in muffin tin.

Best Broccoli ever!! Just need broccoli, sea salt, olive oil, pepper, parmesan cheese, garlic and lemon. Preheat oven to 425. Toss cut, dry broccoli in enough olive to lightly coat each piece. Add a bit of minced garlic. Toss together. Spread single layer on baking sheet. Add salt & pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes. Squeeze lemon over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
