pumpkin bread - I only have 29 oz cans of pumpkin & this calls for 15, so I kind of eyed it. I'm pretty sure I put more than 15 oz in. I also sprinkled the top with plain granulated sugar, which gave it a really nice sweet crust on top. the bread was super creamy.
