Shrimp Scampi - I made this last week and it was incredible!! I subbed 1/4 cup chicken broth and 3TB white wine vinegar for the white wine.

One of the finest Shrimp Scampi recipes I've ever tried. I thought it was going to be too much lemon flavor, but - WOW - what great balance it strikes! If you don't want to taste any lemon in your scampi, this is not for you; however if followed to a "T"....it IS amazing.

Tried this for mothers day. It was delicious! I choose not to use parsley and used a sweet white wine. I used extra of all the ingrediants so that it fed my family of five. Everyone got seconds & thirds! Def a recipe to keep!
