Mango green smoothie Ingredients: 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed 1 cup coconut water 1 whole orange, peeled 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks 1/2 frozen banana 2-3 large handfuls of fresh organic spinach Ice (until consistency you like)

Raw Chocolate Cake Batter Smoothie (1 c almond or coconut milk, 1/3 c oats, 1 frozen banana, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp carob powder, 1 Tbsp cashew butter, 1 Tbsp cacao nibs, 2 ice cubes) - soak oats in almond milk for 1 hr to soften, add to blender along with rest of ingredients, except chocolate, to blend until smooth, add chocolate chips and blend on low until chunky
Orange Smoothie1 can orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups ice Combine all ingredients, except ice, in a large blender or Vita-Mix and blend until smooth and creamy, taking care the sugar has dissolved and is well incorporated. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Makes approximately three eight-ounce portions.
