    Black Bean Hummus: 1 clove garlic, 1 (15 oz) can black beans; drain and reserve liquid, 2 tbsp lemon juice 1-1/2 tbsp tahini, 3/4 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp paprika, 10 Greek olives Directions: In food processor, mince garlic. Add black beans, 2 tbsp reserved liquid, 2 tbsp lemon juice, tahini, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper; process until smooth, scraping down the sides.
