C25K schedule. I did this program web I starte getting healthy and wanted to take up running. VERY good and easy program to get into running if you've been much of a runner before.

Running isn't for everyone, but with this beginner-friendly program, that 5K finish line is well within reach.

This is a perfect way to get into running if (like me) you start out not being able to run more than a minute or two before getting winded. THAT IS OKAY!!! Nobody is born a crazy runner and everyone starts the same way :)
