    Antipasto skewer appetizers. Stab some cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, cooked tortellini, olives. Marinate them in italian dressing in the fridge for a few hours & voila... perfect finger food.

    Antipasto kabobs (*I changed it up from the recipe, using kalamata and black olives, and marinated the kebobs in the balsamic dressing overnight. It made them much better. Otherwise, fabulous but NOT CHEAP, party food. I split recipe in half for 2 parties and they disappeared quickly at both places.)

Antipasto kabobs-19 oz tortellini, cooked-1 can lg black pitted olives-1 5.75 jar green olives-24 oz marinagted mozzarella balls-30 slices salami-60 pieces pepperoni-1 c balsamic vin salad dressing-60 skewers-marinate tortellino 2 hr and skewer all
