That pose, that glossy skin, that glowing dress! She is gorgeous, and she is Aesha Ash, a dancer for the Alonzo King’s Lines Ballet, a San Francisco company. She was in the corps of New York City Ballet but left in 2003; since then, the company has not had a single black dancer. <3

No matter how long it's been since I stopped dancing, I still think it's beautiful.

Repin if you love the sound your pointe shoes make when you release into a second!!comment what kind you have!

Holy shaiza. I'm posting because it's aesthetically pleasing, not because I would ever be able to attempt this, EVER in my life

I have so much admiration and respect for ballerinas. Yes they wear girly little tutus and prance around but they are some of the strongest athletes you'll ever meet!

She looks like a princess...but much better than the Disney ones.

I once owned Red ballet shoes & a red tutu ..... this so reminds me of a great child memory -would love to own another pair

Never will I be able to do ballet, but it will always be the most elegant and beautiful dances out there

You don't need feet like bananas to have beautiful lines, as long as you use what you have.
