This list provides you with a resource for all of the physical and psychological symptoms you may experience during an anxiety attack, as well as the causes behind them. While you have experienced anxiety attacks before and are familiar with many symptoms, it can be helpful to have the understanding of why it happens and the reassurance that these symptoms are just from your anxieties.
I will bring a printed copy of this image to our next visit so we can go over it together. I'll have you circle the parts that you feel you experience the most anxiety and then we look for ways to help those areas relax.
