Prosciutto, Asparagus and Parmesan Spaghetti. I'm pinning this because I LOVE IT! Just trade out the pasta for a some whole grain what ever and take it easy on the cheese. Also, almond milk and coconut milk are just as good to cook with as regular milk.
Prosciutto Cups with Pear - I added a little chèvre (goat cheese) and they were divine. Pretty darn easy too. They looked so pretty on the table.
