These are all pretty good ideas -- except the suggestion near the bottom left, which says you should weigh in MORE. I'm pretty sure studies show that you should weigh in LESS often (about once a week), as very normal weight fluctuation throughout the day (like a 5 pound fluctuation!) and from day to day can confuse and discourage you. So, this should be 49 great ways to lose 10 pounds!
Nice workout for when you don't have a lot to lose but would like more tone....will come in handy.
