1 lb Sea scallops, fresh
1 lb Shrimp


4 sprigs Basil, fresh
3 cloves Garlic
1 Lemon

Canned Goods

2 tbsp Fish or chicken stock

Baking & Spices

1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 Salt and pepper


1/2 stick Butter
1/2 cup Creme fraiche
1 cup Heavy cream
2 tbsp Sour cream

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1 tbsp Cognac or wine
