    Healthy Szechuan Chicken - A Favorite! I made this 2/2/15 and I will definitely make it again! The only changes I made to the recipe is that I substituted rice vinegar because I didn't have rice wine and I used more broccoli. It has a nice kick and the ginger really comes through. I am a fan of heat and ginger but if you aren't, I would suggest scaling back on the amounts. The added bonus is that it is 6 points + on Weight Watchers. Enjoy! ADD TO CHINESE FOOD
