The actual name is London Tower Bridge. It's not called London Bridge. There is a separate normal looking London Bridge though, in the city down the river Thames (TAM-zzz).

The arrangement of space, and the way the photograph was taken makes the ferris wheel appear closer than what it is. Everything is very symmetrical, and the blue lights align perfectly with one another.

The London Eye (Millennium Wheel), a giant Ferris Wheel on the south bank of the river Thames in London England. It is the tallest Ferris Wheel in Europe and the most popular attraction in the United Kingdom.
