Easy moist apple muffins I used this recipe to make an apple bread. I also adjusted the recipe from 1 cup oil to 1 cup applesauce, used the 1.5 cup sugar(a bit too much with the applesauce) and used 2 cups bread flour + 1 cup whole wheat flour.
Ingredients: - 1 15oz can of black beans, rinced well - 1 tbsp instant coffee - 1 tbsp cinnamon - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 bananas - 1/3 cup agave nectar - 1 tbsp vanilla - 1/4 cup oat flour or all purpose GF Preheat oven to 350F.
