Everyone's seen those pins and posts about using cups to serve cupcakes at bake sales, etc and I've never been able to get it to work because once you ge the cupcake in you can't get it out without a handful or icing and making it look gross. Check this out!! Such a better idea!
How to frost cupcakes using a ziplock bag! I did this tonight but without a frosting tip and it worked great! So much easier than spreading with a spoon and easy clean up. Just fill a Ziplock bag with frosting, cut the corner off and frost away!
When serving a crowd, cut a circle in the center (place a small bowl on the cake and trace around it). Then cut the outer ring into slices. You'll have nice square pieces that fit on a plate, instead of long wedges that drop off the edge. You can cut the small round middle into pieces too!
I would so make these for a bday party :) Camo cupcakes! 2 boxes cake mix. 1 choc 1 white Mix 4 colors in separate bowls. 1 choc, 1 white, 1 white w/ green coloring & dash of choc, 1 half choc half white. For frosting make 3 small bags of frosting. 1 white, 1 w/ green coloring w/ dash of cocoa powder and 1 w/ cocoa powder. Put the 3 bags together into 1 large piping bag w/ one tip & pipe away!
