Sausage & Olives Pizza Recipe - sweet Italian sausage and briny green & black olives top this flavorful grilled pizza. No grill? no problem. Cook in a cast-iron skillet over high heat, or on a preheated sheet pan or pizza stone in a 500-degree oven.
2 cans of Pillsbury pizza dough (or Grand biscuits) 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 tbsp. basil & of dried oregano & minced garlic 1/3 cup olive oil *1 package pepperoni, quartered *1 c Parmesan Preheat 350. Spray Bundt pan. Quarter dough & add all in a bowl & toss so that the oil is spread evenly. Bake 30 min. If the middle not cooked thoroughly, another 5 min at a time until done. Remove & let rest 5 min. Flip on to a plate & serve with marinara/pizza sauce dipping.
