Potters House, 2300 SF. Maybe a little too big, and the dining room placement is awkward. Our big family would not fit into that tiny porch to eat, so we would have to use the front room for dining....hmmm. Upstairs bedrooms are larger than we need...but one of them along with the bonus room could be a good studio.
This floor plan isn't too bad. It's got lots of open space, a second floor that's open to the living room, and a study/office downstairs. I also like that it incorporates a garden area in the backyard. I would change the bathroom situation upstairs and delete the garage, but other than that, it's alright.
