Apple tea. Google translation said "core & ring cut apples. Dehydrate apples in low heat oven (I'm guessing 150 deg F) for 3 hours. Use the apples to make a tea. Extra apple rings can be strewn onto a ribbon for decor."

apple tea-a must when visiting Turkey. It is actually very delicious! For some reason, the tea you buy to bring home is never as good. I have brought apple tea back twice from 2 separate trips to Turkey and was disappointed every time. So, enjoy it while you are there! :)

Apple Tea ~ I just LOVED the Apple Tea on our visits to Turkey. Yet, the tea, that I purchased in Turkey and brought home to use, was not very tasty. I am hoping that these dehydrated apple slices make a difference. I cannot wait to try this recipe!!!! :)
