    Rueben Dip: 1C drained sauerkraut, 1 8oz cream cheese, 1 6oz shred swiss, 6oz shred or diced corned beef, 2Tbs thous island dressing. Crockpot "high", 1 hour. I doubled the recipe and added more thousand island dressing. Turned out delicious!
