Overnight Oats Base: 1/3 cup rolled oats 1 heaping tsp. chia seeds 1 heaping tsp. hemp hearts 1/3 cup plain vegan yogurt or Greek yogurt 1/3 cup non-dairy milk or milk Handful of fruit In a 12 ounce mason jar stir together the base ingredients until well combined. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy cold.
