1 Bay leaf
1/2 chopped cup Green onions
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Tomatoes
1 (10-ounce) can Tomatoes and green chiles

Canned Goods

1 (6-ounce) can Tomato paste

Pasta & Grains

1 (6-ounce) package Egg noodles, medium

Baking & Spices

1 Pepper
1 Salt
1 Sugar


4 oz Cheddar cheese, sharp
4 oz Mozzarella cheese

Beef Lombardi While it may sound like a fancy dish, Beef Lombardi is simply a mixture of ground beef and chopped tomatoes that’s spooned over a mixture of creamy noodles, topped with cheese, and baked. It’s a great make-ahead dish because you can assemble the casserole and freeze it for up to one month.

I also made this 2 weeks in a row now and I am obsessed with it! I will probably double the recipe next time and I made it with long grain brown rice and liked it much better then with the white rice! Highly recommmend this recipe!
