    Fig & Clementine Port Popsicles (makes 8 2¼ oz. popsicles) 2 C port wine (any dry fruity wine) 2 lbs clementines 1½ lb figs ¼ C honey Place wine, clementines, figs & honey in a food processor or blender; blend until pureed, ~1-2 minutes. Pour mixture thru a medium strainer. Pour strained mixture into popsicle forms; freeze ~2 hours until mixture starts to solidify; insert popsicle sticks; finish freezing popsicles overnight. To release popsicles run hot water over popsicle molds 2-3 seconds.
