yosemite- half dome!! I've seen it in person from the bottom and the top and words cannot describe how majestic or how confusing it is! Where did it come from? How did it get to be that shape?? But a word of advice: DO NOT CLIMB THE FACE! When we were there in 2004, three climbers fell off and died :( But it's a beautiful state park and a MUST SEE
