    I wanna start my own continuous-brew kombucha! To start a SCOBY, mix one bottle (16 oz.) of plain raw kombucha from the store with 2 cups of room-temp sweet tea (green or black). After the culture is established, drink kombucha and then add an equal amount of sweet tea to the container to start more fermenting. Clean container with vinegar every 4 months or so or when spigot gets clogged or SCOBY is really big and needs separating and then resume brewing.
