My favorite bbq rub recipe. It's listed as a brisket rub, but is excellent on pork spareribs. Rub yellow mustard on the meat, then season liberally with rub. Refrigerate overnight or up to two days. Remove meat from refrigerator at least one hour prior to cooking.
