Painted Cats ~ Damn Cool Pictures

Painted cat. When photos of painted cats circulated on the internet without explanatory context, commentators soon added claims that the paint was real, some even claiming that owners had to reapply the paint regularly and at considerable cost. However, the pictures actually came from a humorous send-up of coffee-table books on cats (Why Paint Cats, 2002). As seen at the link, the comment referring people to Snopes' debunking of the urban legend was ignored by all the other commentators

Some of the paint jobs cost $15,000 and had to be repeated every 3 months as the cat's hair grows out. Must be nice to have $60,000 a year just to keep your cat painted!!

Bunny. Do not give bunny as Easter gift. Please do lots of homework about rabbits before adopting one. They chew constantly, are not easy to house train, may not like to be held, shed constantly and can scratch you. Many end up euthanized or in shelters after Easter. They are super cute, I know.
