    Hanging Jane Fonda-use a chair, stool bench, etc. Hold the side plank position (you can be on your elbow or on your hand) and hang from your top foot. Slowly lower the bottom foot up and down. These are HARD; you'll feel 'em everywhere! GREAT for inner thigh
