cream cheese sausage balls -- 1lb sausage, 5oz Boursin cheese, 3oz cream cheese,1 1/4c bisquick, 1c mozzarella -- 400 degrees 20-25 minutes

Cream Cheese Sausage Balls - Mix 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked, 8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1 1/4 c Bisquick, 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1" balls. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min or until brown. Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few min to the baking time.
