Vitamin B12 deficiency. My notes: Bottom line is get your levels tested first. From there, do your research. My research has shown that meat eaters are equally deficient as compared to veg/vegans. That tells me that the SOURCE of B12 is not as much a problem as ABSORPTION is. So, healing the gut; having a healthy digestive system would be primary. "Healing begins in the gut"..once again.
