Fizzy and elegant, the All That Glitters cocktail is perfect for ringing in the New Year. Nelson Navasero, head barman at Pidgin restaurant in Vancouver, created the sparkler as a play on the Twentieth Century cocktail.

Kentucky Tropics: 1 small sprig fresh mint, 3 ounces bourbon, 2 ounces pineapple juice, ice. Place the mint in a cocktail shaker, then use a muddler or spoon to lightly bruise it. Add the remaining ingredients, then shake until well chilled. Strain into a tumbler.
