For the special "sweet sauce," you first have to make knock-off chick-fil-a sauce. (You do this by adding two parts honey mustard to one part bbq sauce.) Cover half the quesadilla with this sauce, and the other half with pesto. On top of the pesto, layer cheese, chopped cooked chicken, more cheese, and spinach leaves. Fold the sauce-covered half on top. Cook one side on the skillet, then flip to cook the other side. Enjoy!
