PRINCESS MARGARET'S WEDDING TIARA - The Poltimore Tiara, a gift from H.R.H. Queen Mary. Princess Margaret's Poltimore Tiara purchased for her wedding and sold at auction in 2006 for 1.7 million. How magnificent and regal. I think it's incredible that this tiara can be converted into a necklace - what a stunning piece of jewelry it must make on the neckline!

The tiara can be converted into a necklace and eleven brooches, and was offered with a screwdriver and the brooch fittings required to make the switch. The tiara was purchased in 1959 for 5,500 Pounds. It sold for 1,704,576 at the 2006 auction.

This would be an awesome ice princess, or 'snow flake' crown. My daughter would love this.
