Sweet and Salty Rollo Ritz Cracker Sandwiches! Preheat oven to 350. Lay crackers face side down on a cookie sheet and top each with one upwrapped Rollo. Bake for 3-5 mins to soften, not completely melt. Top immediately with a 2nd Ritz cracker. Let cool completely. Yum!
